"Lovely characterful property. Friendly staff and very polite, Room was good, huge bathroom and very clean, robes and towels supplied. We did use the pool which was lovely. There is nothing lift so be careful if a bit unsteady on your legs as lots of steps and stairs around."

"Nice light and airy room, location perfect, staff very pleasant, hairdryer didn’t work so they replaced immediately.
Someone had their tv on all night next door which wasn’t the hotel’s fault obviously, but slightly annoying, could hear through wall.
Breakfast was pleasant but very limited without paying extra.
Overall, the hotel was great for our one night stay in central Canterbury."

"Even though the hotel pictures made the building look up and together. It was very tired and in want of some TLC.
The carpark adjacent to the hotel entrance was limited to 3 hours. Obviously the local authority runs this facility, but it would help if the carpark was twenty four seven. Luckily, I was down for the weekend for the Rowing Championships and managed to park for free along by Deal Rowing Club."
