"Overall an excellent hotel, the indoor pool was lovely and the staff gave great service. Breakfast was perfect, everything you could need. Slight cons are the loud music from the event didn’t end until 12.00 and for 40 mins after that there was a lot of loud talking and doors slamming which kept us awake so it’s worth checking if there are events on before booking. Also in busy times the drinks service was super slow. We were told it would be a 30 min wait for cocktails on a Saturday night....

"The room was clean and comfortable. However I was given a room for disabled people and the shower conditions were not adequate. Also I was charged 15 pounds to check out at noon, which is ridiculous. I was also charged 10 pounds a day for parking, which was not the case when I stayed there last year. A lot of nickel and diming to get more money out of us and I don't think I will be staying here again. Thank you."

"Everything about the room and the hotel was lovely, only downside was the wall of the rooms are so thin so you can hear people talking etc in their rooms, other than that one issue everything about the hotel is good.
Lots of parking which is good too."

"This hotel was ideally located for our event. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A breakfast is available in the main services
Parking was easy, however there is additional charge for parking that wasn't included in the booking.
Unfortunately one of our rooms was not ready when we arrived - almost 2 hours after check-in. Which was a little frustrating as we had done the checkbin online to save time..
The main issue with the hotel is cleanliness and noise. There are lots of cobwebs, dead...
