"I booked a night here before my cruise and everything was swonderful. My room was large and clean. The pub had wonderful staff and I enjoyed having a pint of beer on their deck. I ate supper at Marco Pierre and enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast in the same area the next morning. The concierge here were outstanding! They are always visible, will store your luggage and even arrange taxi transfer to the cruise port. Very organized, and safe feeling - especially for a solo woman traveler."

"For the price, not worth it. The hotel itself was fine. There were some annoying things that stood out though. For example, if you need to use a hair dryer, they provide one but there's no plug in the bathroom. And when you use it outside of the bathroom, there is no mirror with a plug nearby. We also had the front desk help us schedule taxis to take us to the cruise port. Beware...we waited for more than 30 minutes and only one taxi arrived (we needed two). "The first problem was that we only had bath towels in the room and no others, but when we asked they brought them up. Then when we opened the sheets to get into bed, one side of the bed was dirty. The food in the restaurant was very good and they offered ice water anytime you wanted it. It was a great hotel to use for getting onto a cruise."

"Lovely property, beautiful location. Very comfortable bed, good parking and ev charging available. Room was quite hot (fan supplied but only a small window) and bathroom layout a bit awkward. Ensuring meals and drinks were correctly added to rooms was a bit disorganised - could do with a signing policy. Breakfast also a little chaotic, though a good choice."
