"Possibly my top experience EVER in a hotel stay! Staff were always available, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The layout was really perfect with a bar/resturaunt downstairs. Every detail in the room had been thought out: a motion sensitive light under the bed so if you got up at night, it lit the floor. Comfortable bedding and pillows. "Great location. We walked from the cruise port in 20 minutes. Walked to the train station in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free options too. Rooms are a good size. You have shopping, restaurants and everything around including the waterfront and old town."

"The hotel facilities, the dining, the staff were all absolutely fine. The room, however, was on 2 levels with even a step down on entry. Awkward. It was situated at the front of the building over some sort of service room with a generator or boiler that emitted a constant drone all through the night. "My partner and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Rhinefield House for his birthday. The staff were all excellent - a special mention to Deborah at breakfast and afternoon tea, whose warmth and personality really stood out - but everyone we encountered was lovely.
