"This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve experienced in recent years. The area of Brockenhurst is stunning and I’m very glad Rhinefield House Hotel was my base to explore it. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were extremely conscientious and made the atmosphere. The breakfast made the perfect start to the day and I’d definitely visit again. "

"The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

"The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was busy and some items were in short supply...but this was due to a late delivery. The staff were very apologetic about this. Gluten free bread was provided for us...all done with a smile! The hotel was easy to find and within easy reach of Southampton port...we definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. "We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious.
