Very accomodating. Was very close to the cruise port, just a short walk.Excellent breakfast. We took the national express coach from Healthrow airport and it was also short walk from the the Southampton Coach Station Harbour Parade.

The staff was wonderfully helpful and kind. The concierge went out of the way to offer help during both check in and check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Convenient location for exploring the historic town and also for boarding cruise ships.

Nice hotel, good location to the port (1 of them). Slow elevators if you are on the upper floors and if everyone is trying to checkout at the same time. Follow the front desks advice and bring your luggage down early.
