"The room itself was very nice, and the host was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, it felt as though the property was closed, which was a little strange. Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. "The Owners and staff were lovely, Lynn was so helpful and went out of her way. Lynn, Ruby and the handsome Joe was a delight to talk to. Very welcoming and up for a chat, great company when feeling lonely or just want to socialize. The bedroom felt relaxing and the curtians were great at keeping out the cold. "Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the double bed and single bunk bed for 1 night. Easy to get to from the airport taking the local bus. From terminal 3 we had to take 2 buses, but if you’re coming from terminal 5 it’s only 1 bus and takes less than 10 mins."

"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym.
