We didn't book breakfast with our stay. The lady at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. She looked after us. It was wonderful. Our stay was quick .. one night to head off the next morning for a trans Atlantic cruise.

Clean hotel, reception were lovely and even gifted my daughter a present for her birthday. Lovely toy area for children to play in. Only issue we had was that the room was very hot and aircon wouldn’t turn on and we were next door to a room that had dogs barking all night - wasn’t aware that dogs could stay at the hotel.

The room was a good size and clean if a bit dated; the beds were very comfy, and we certainly appreciated the fan overnight. The bar and restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of food, but the absolute winner for my 9-year-old was the automatic pancake maker and giant Nutella Dispenser. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room, however, has no a/c (a fan was provided though), the beds are EXTREMELY hard (but not lumpy or slanted), and the pillows are about as thick and fluffy as a dryer sheet. There is a small fridge, bathroom in the room, and there are two small elevators. It is VERY close to McDonald's, TGIF Friday's, and the cruise port.
