Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Hotels with Hot Tubs

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Great location and food

I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table

Best buffet in town by far. Excellent check in staff

Best hotel I have ever stayed in in Kuala Lumpur. The view to the Petronas Twin Tower is amazing. The breakfast was great, the service was brilliant and the room is cozy.

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint. The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious. The Wet Deck is another must-visit spot, perfect for leisure or gatherings. Enjoying the spectacular KLCC view from there was...

Very nice.Helpful staff.

One of the best suites i stayed ever, we felt like luxury & 5 stars hotel. Value & deserve its amount. so clean and completely new with perfect location easy access to KLCC Twin Towers & Pavilion mall too. Excellent

Had a great time at parkroyal. Pool and gym were well kept and comfortable. Room was clean. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff!

Our department was organizing academic conference for 2 days, so the staffs are staying at this hotel. 5-stars hotel with all perfection in the services especially reception and housekeeping... Room is spacious, the bed is comforting, bathtub and shower rain provided separately in the bathroom Food and beverages were pricey but that is the standard of 5-stars hotel, therefore acceptable. Thank you all Pullman staffs for making our work-stay a pleasant memory.
