"We loved the property and the staff. What I didn’t like was that we couldn’t reserve dinner for the family on our first night. We had to eat dinner in the buffet. We had to wait till the next day for reservations for an à la cart restaurant. Other than that we are very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend and come back."

"Very late check in. Concierge wasn’t overly helpful. Room service daily was nice, but we asked for certain items every day and had to keep asking. Very first world issues, but it was a bit frustrating. Weight room AC was out and it was very hot in there every morning."

"Great place, friendly people, bathtub didn’t fill up, steamer didn’t work, everything else excellent. Had a lot of fun but suffered from some sort of stomach bug when I returned from vacation."

"My honey and I just visited EPC for our honeymoon and we loved it so much! Such a clean resort + very friendly staff. And an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. 9.5/10 the only downside was the restaurant food isn’t the best but the all you can eat buffet makes up for that!"

"Everything was excellent Clean room, Staff were very nice and professional. Good Food and Snacks. Spend most of my time on the Pool entertainment were excellent. I was disappointed with the beach it was not that clean. Night entertainment was excellent great team. I will recommend visiting this hotel we had a great Vacation."

"There was some issues with the rooms but they were able to fix it same day. The resort is nice, we had our own personal concierge. Starling was amazing personal concierge and was able to help book restaurants, get things fixed, and anything we needed basically."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Great choices of food and restaurants. The beach was filled with seaweed and didn’t match the expectation per the photos shown on the advertisement. We did take a full day excursion that took us to Saouna Island and that was well worth the visit."
