"I stayed at Barcelo for my birthday with the my wife and son. The resort is very family friendly and I can’t say enough about their staff, particularly Cristian Lopez, one of their ambassadors. Cristian truly made our stay remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay including reservations to the restaurants we wanted to go to. We plan to return to the resort as long as as Cristian is there and is able to manage our stay again."

"This is family friendly place made for all ages. The staff at the reception desk ( Angel) the bartender (Angely) made us feel welcome. From the entertainment ( Churrasco) was beyond friendly with my entire family. We felt right at home. All the restaurants were exceptional , but the French was exceptional from staff Adrian, Maria, Miguel and Grisleidis made our stay even better. I truly recommend this resort."
