Room condition was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Bed was not comfortable. Spacious but very hard. Pillows are average. Next, we were promised by the hotel manager a swim out room that was going to be in the sun. My wife and I were switched after two days, how are we lost the first two days of that amenity. Next, my wife’s AirPods were stolen by the staff. We know this because we were able to track the AirPods to a location near the resort. Security promised they would do everything they could to look into it, however very little was done. They want us to go to the local police, but we all know that nothing would be done by them. Also, when we arrived at the resort, there was a discrepancy in my price that I paid online and with the resort.. the resort promised to do everything they could to remedy this, however, a slight reduction in price was all the did. I didn’t have much of a choice, but to pay it because you were stuck in a Third World country with not much options at the last minute. It was quite disheartening. Lastly, I have significant sand flea bites on my legs. The resort states they treat for this however I would tell you that the past week at the resort and home have been absolutely miserable. I’m now currently being treated by a physician because it’s that significant. So for the price you pay for the resort, buyer beware.
