"No elevators so prepare for a lot of walking. Also, VIP needs more for the amount of money it cost such as premium liquor, etc. Premium liquor on the resort was a charge per bottle. It was not worth it. Overall the property was nice."

"We loved the aqua nick waterpark and the various swim up bars. However, the food quality and choices were average and disappointing. The service was hit and miss. Half the time, some staff there gave off the feeling that i am bothering them when i ask for service which is very off-putting. The other half was good warm service. Overall, unless your kid loves Nickelodeon or the waterpark, i would not recommend this over other resorts."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the food, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall experience at Live Aqua. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Our room was impeccably clean and serviced twice daily. The attention to detail was outstanding,we were comfortable walking barefoot throughout the room. There were no musty or damp odors; instead, everything smelled fresh, like a spa or freshly cleaned linens. The coffee shop was exceptional. The ham sandwiches were delicious, and the staff made the experience even more special by remembering my order each day. The bartenders were equally friendly and accommodating, and the drinks were consistently excellent. We dined at every restaurant except Atl, and the food was fantastic throughout the resort. Our favorites were the Mediterranean restaurant, the Seafood Shack, the hibachi restaurant, and the hot wings served at the central bar. Everything was well-seasoned and flavorful. The nightly entertainment was another highlight of our stay. The theater shows were engaging and professionally performed, with talented singers and dancers who kept us entertained every evening. During the day, there were games, activities, and a DJ by the pool, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere. The beach was beautiful and had very little seaweed compared to what is typical for resorts in July. It was clear that the resort works hard to maintain the beachfront with daily cleanup efforts. Live Aqua gets an A!"

"Over all the resort is great! Specially if you are looking to just relax and do nothing. The only issues I would flag is that there is only one main pool which gets busy. There’s a-lot of swim up suits and private pool suites but it dos not seem that the private pools are cleaned regularly. If you choose the excellence club rooms you get acsess to two smaller pools at the back of the resort which are clean and quiet. The rooms have some age which is expected. The food was great and there was lots of choice and good choice for vegetarians as well. Staff is also great and very helpful, they are always happy to help."

"Amazing family oriented facility with lots to do! The resort did get a lot of Sargassum but not as much as some locations. The best experiences we had as a family were the excursions to crystal clear beaches and fun swimmable caves. The pricing for these excursions are the same as online and off-site tour companies, so don't be afraid to book at the excursion kiosks they have right on the resort. I would highly recommend bring your own snorkeling gear if sharing gear grosses you out. We had a great time with the "Dune Buggy" excursion. You definitely need handkerchiefs (they sell for $5 each) or you can just bring on your own. You can wear slippers or crocs. You get to drive into muddy waters and have fun driving to a natural cave which you can swim in! They have a DJ booth and it's so much fun! They also include a cultural tour (coco tasting and dance) and you get to meet a huge Boa snake. Even my 6yr old enjoyed this excursion the most! We love coming back to Sirenis - we ended up eating at the buffet for every meal and enjoyed it! We had 3x young kids with us and we used the kids club several times to take a nap or do tennis clinics. Kids club is like a daycare but they have a nice facility and you can use it unlimited times and pop in and out. We had one big family suite and found it comfortable for all 5 of us. They have concierge booths everywhere to book dinner appt. and order more soda/water for the rooms. Definitely bring lots of small bills for tips!"
