Been to Sanctuary several times. It always exceeds our expectations. The facility is beautiful and always clean. The food is amazing. And the staff will go above and beyond to help their guests. My stay was very good overall. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and I had no major issues during my time there. The staff was friendly, and the drinks were excellent, which definitely added to the experience. The food was also very good, but I would have liked to see the buffet open for longer hours, especially in the evening. Having a buffet option available more consistently would make a big difference for travelers. Housekeeping was a bit slow to respond at times, but nothing that negatively impacted my stay. I didn’t get a chance to explore everything on the property, so I can’t speak to the casino. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with just a few minor areas for improvement. I need definitely stay here again in the future!

Resort is absolutely beautiful. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. There were many pools with different vibes and views. Wow. This was a perfect place to wind down and enjoy a relaxing beach vacation away from the winter weather. My only reservation was that the restaurants were good but not great. Our favorite was Blue Marlin, which was in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean. The two specialty restaurants on the property were OK but not wonderful. (we never made it to Wok unfortunately). I think Marriott should work to upgrade the food options here and the resort would be perfect.

The staff was amazing and the food is excellent. The views of the sea are spectacular. The property is next to an incredible beach just outside the resort with almost no people. The one negative is the lack of activities - no golf, no snorkling, no hiking, no tours, no game room so you get stuck on the resort, which can get very boring after a week. The villas are private but the rest of the resort especially the new buildings are a bit like being on a cruise ship and quite crowded.

Bar had good selections. Pool was not crowded. Beach was clean. Room was damp, humid but overall good. Service was outstanding. Moises the bell host was excellent. Took good care of us. As well as others were very helpful.
