The staff was good great 👌 When checking in and going to the room in a golf cart, we should gotten a tour of the facilities. There was a complete area of the resort the adults could enjoyed but we didn't know anything about it.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own thing, just be aware of that.
