"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana for her birthday. The personal attention from the staff made this getaway special.
A huge thank-you to Marlene. She coordinated our Italian dinner reservation, spa appointments, and romantic beach dinner, which my wife described as lovely. She sent us an itinerary, reminded us about the spa, and suggested arriving early for hydrotherapy. She checked in throughout our stay and even reached out on departure day to wish us a safe trip home. We felt looked after.
Our butler, Raifer, also deserves recognition. He shared daily activity schedules and responded promptly to our questions and requests for room aroma and specialty pillows. Most thoughtfully, he remembered my wife’s birthday and offered to arrange a surprise in our room. He coordinated around our schedule and made sure it was ready before his days off.
Yeni brought so much warmth, checking on my wife when she wasn’t feeling well and helping with dining questions. Thank you also to Garcia for the friendly basketball conversation and laughs!
Working in customer service myself, I appreciate people who take initiative and follow through. Marlene, Raifer, and Yeni did exactly that. They helped make our trip memorable, and we would happily return. Five stars from us!"
