Great amenities, fantastic staff, food was hit or miss. Somethings were bursting with flavor some were bland as sand. Beach was nice and clean, bars were great. Resort has activities but the fun ones are off resort that you can book through the resort. Pools were clean. Only issues were there seemed to be an electric issue throughout the resort and the tvs had terrible picture(wasnt there to watch tv).

Every restaurant was amazing and made me consider going back. The pools were quiet and relaxing. I don’t recall any issues. The staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming. I’m definitely returning soon!

I have to say Caesar from Elegance made our week. We had reservation for the Elegance. When checking in Caesar asked if we would move to Colonial cause of renovation happing at the Elegance during our stay. I told him that we would, if the room is located by the beach and Elegance, so we can use both facilities. Well, I couldn't pick a better location. That set the tone for a great stay. Then we meet Edwin from Colonial and he was all over it. Overall, having both facilities made it extra special. Thanks to every staff member we meet, all were Great.

Beautiful property, there are some areas that can be updated however overall still a great place for the money and amenities. I had thee greatest butler of all, Osvaldy. He is top tier hands down. You will have a peace of mind and can truly relax. He makes miracles happen. My 40th was unforgettable because of him and the rest of the staff.
