As soon as we checked in as a premium level guests, we Felt so good right away.definitely booking a premium level room is worth it. Special Thanks to Jesus, jesus was our host. He was very helpful and amazing. From making reservations to the restaurants and helping with every small detail. The resort itself is huge, with lots of pools and an amazing water park that's perfect for kids. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the beach. A lot of seaweeds and Bad smells. But aside from that, we had a fantastic time and made lots of great memories "
