"We enjoyed the 4 nights we were in this hotel. It was very clean, room service did an outstanding job every time. People checking us in were very friendly and would politely greet us every time we went into the hotel. It’s ideal location since its on Gran Via, I was skeptical about the noise at night but that was never an issue. One thing I didn’t care for was breakfast it was just ok so we only had breakfast once in the hotel. Once you step outside of the hotel there’s countless coffee shops...

"La ubicación del hotel me gustó mucho porque está lejos del centro de Madrid pero a la ve es muy fácil llegar. Otra cosa buenisima está justo al lado del Corte Inglés Princesa, tienda que me gusta mucho. Las habitaciones cómodas pero no pensaron en un escritorio ya que la mayoría de los viajeros vamos con computadora y tampoco en espacio para las valijas, nosotros veníamos haciendo un largo recorrido y llevábamos 2 valijas grandes y dos pequeñas, además hicimos compras así que para reglar las...

I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "
