"I thought it would be perfectly clean but the wall by the toilet room where the toilet paper is needs wiping off the dirt. I am not sure that the tile floor is truly clean because my slippers kind of stick on the floor when l make a step."

Finding bedding in this condition at any hotel is disturbing; at a property marketed as five-star, it is completely unacceptable. "Really nice place to stay"

"Booking a trip for three and paying the stay for three people we expected better accommodations like two beds for better comfort. Instead we arrive to a full size bed and a single sofa bed. At checking the receptionist made a comment “well that’s what you book with Expedia” like it was a bad move going through Expedia. The rest of the staff were great throughout the week."

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"We were just there one night, but it was perfect. Loved the neighborhood. The young man at the front desk was so helpful. He recommended a restaurant he and his friends go to and it was just what we were looking for. Also I wanted to know the history of the beautiful building and he knew all about it. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it."

"Generally it was ok. Communal spaces nice but pool tiles are green, grubby and water looks murky. I did not go in as it didn’t look nice. Bathroom in room could be nice but poorly finished. Shower drain clogged so water spilled out into room every time. Most staff really pleasant apart from one rude guy in steak restaurant. If you’re looking for cheap and cheerful it’s fine but keep expectations fairly low."
