This airport hotel was exactly what we expected. The hotel was nicely appointed and there was a grocery store attached which was nice. Close to metro and several restaurants in a nice suburban area. We wish they had an airport shuttle.

I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff. The room was clean and our request for extra towels was provided for in a timely manner. The staff did accommodate storage of our refrigerated prescription meds. One downfall is there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Clean, basic room. Simple but good breakfast starts at 04:00. Easy access to airport via a short walk to the Barajas Metro Station then a train to the terminal (T4 or T1-2-3). All in all a good place to stay before an early morning flight.

If you need to stay somewhere by airport this will do just fine. Nothing fancy. Shower door didn’t really keep water from getting all over the floor in bathroom. No towels other than two bath towels. But was clean and easy.

Ibis hotel aeropuerto was very close to the airport. Although, I got ripped off by the cab driver coming from the airport. Going back was very reasonable. The hotel was ok. But,I paid too much. I should have gone to them directly. I am unhappy that hotels.com ripped me off!
