Conveniently located near the airport, this hotel is a good option if you need quick access and a shuttle service. The room was spacious and clean, and the restaurant staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.
That said, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic amenities, especially after seeing the photos before booking, which made the place look much better equipped. For two people, there was only one small packet of Nescafé and no coffee maker at all. The bathroom setup was very basic—no separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or lotion, just a single combo product in a wall dispenser that felt quite cheap. After taking a shower, we also realized the hair dryer wasn’t working, so we had to call the front desk and wait for a replacement.
Check-in was another letdown. The staff member who helped us didn’t greet us or ask how our day was going, and when we had a few questions, her responses felt short and unwelcoming. This was surprising given how many reviews mention friendly staff. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were the complete opposite—warm, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with.
Overall, the location and room size are definite pluses, but the lack of essentials and inconsistent service took away from the experience.
