"Highly recommend staying here if it’s within your budget!
If you have the Hakone Freepass, then head to Gora and the hotel has a very convenient shuttle bus stop there that runs every 20 min. Upon arriving staff greeted us, took our luggage, and coordinated check in. After check in, staff immediately escorted us to the room with our stuff while telling us highlights of the property, such as where the onsens were and where breakfast was.

"Exceptional service from staff who went above and beyond. We dined at both the French and sushi restaurants and the food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. The onsen was a great experience."

"Dinner and breakfast were fresh and delicious! There were many parts of it that we got to try and experience which was a lot of fun.
The private onsen in our room and the one that is available to use was super relaxing and soothing after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and very cozy as well."

"Staff were excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. Hot springs was a good experience. Lakeside meal was a great opportunity to taste a variety of Japanese foods. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Great location for a quiet peaceful break. Courtesy coach was a good method of getting too and from Moto Hakone and to Odawara."

"Está en la mejor área de Hakone, justo en frente de la estación de Yumoto Hakone a uno o dos minutos caminando. También la oficina de turismo está en frente entre la estación y el hotel y ahí puedes comprar el Hakone Free pass y hacer en loop recorriendo los 5 lugares y usando el transporte sin pagar nada solo enseñando la tarjeta Free pass por el precio de 6000 yenes.
