Lovely nights stay

Had a really nice night stay. No issues at all plenty of free parking and room very clean. With a 2 pm check in and 12pm check out it’s very good value for money

Good stay again

Have stopped here the last two years for the touring cars , hotel is clean prices reasonable the get parking is free and plentiful , bar and restaurant are clean and priced reasonable, however bothe times the beds are not the most comfortable, but I've had the same room both stays so could just be room 205 that need new mattress, Will return when around brands hatch again ,

Good hotel

A very good business hotel. Comfortable bed, usual basic facilities in the room. WiFi worked ok. Restaurant was ok, limited menu but food was ok, very good service. Big car park directly outside and reasonably priced. Just what you need for a few nights working away from home

The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. They make sure you have all you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The room was fine but the bed was a little 'bumpy' hence the lower overall score. It's easy to find and has lots of parking. It was so clean and didn't have the 'run down' look that some hotels have. Will definitely stay here again.

Not the best stay

We booked two rooms 1 for myself & 1 for my daughter. We had to swap rooms, as my daughter’s room the door wouldn’t lock properly as it liked like it had been broken into before. The beds were not comfy, could feel the springs. There were hardly any plug sockets in the room.

This hotel is ok, that's about all you can say. It's tired and needs decorating and modernising, the beds and pillows are very hard, they told us the restaurant was shut and we found it was open when we turned up. But it's a good location for Brands Hatch, it was cheap, the staff were great, check-in and out were really easy. Yes, it was ok!

Basic but good

I read some of the other reviews after I booked and was a bit concerned. My experience - Friendly staff, clean hotel. Bar/restaurant /breakfast area relaxed and friendly. Yes, you can feel the springs in the mattresses which worried me a bit at first but I slept just fine. Ultimately the question is whether I’d stay there again and the answer is yes.
