"The advertised “in-room dining” is a misrepresentation. AFTER ordering the food, I found out that I must go to the lobby to pick it up; it is NOT delivered to the room. "Due to an airline mess, we were stranded in FL and scrambled to get lodging. This hotel was so accommodating and the staff completely de-stressed us. We have stayed before on a trip that was not affected by flight delays/cancellations. It was good then, but this stay was even better. "
