"We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

"Two night stay, 1st night music/bass was loud and disturbing, tuff to sleep. 2nd night still noisy but not as bad, had to sleep through the noise since I had a early flight. I understand that some noice is acceptable. but my stay was beyond loud/disturbing. The noice is a deterrent for me to ever consider a stay there again. Staff were helpful in recommending where to go to get a bit to eat."

"Probably would not stay here again. The room smelled musty as soon as you walked in. There was hair on the shower walls. The bathroom fan did not help with the shower steam. Pool was very small and very cold. But I guess you get what you pay for."
