The hotel is very old and outdated. No matter how expensive LA is, it is a waste to pay this much for a hotel like this. It was my fault for choosing this hotel despite looking at the ratings on Expedia.

Lacked amenities like a coffee maker or a holder to set my suitcase on. The shower curtain was also too short & shower wasn’t clean. Everything was very old, from the elevator to the countertops in the bathroom. & the hallway were used as a storage closet-there were mattresses leaned against the walls. Who does that?

Property is old but customers service is great. Rooms a bit run down but very clean- best mattress and pillow I’ve slept on in a long time. I travel every week for work and stay at high end hotels and I rate the bed a 10. Will be back in a couple of weeks and will stay here again. 😊
