"Friendliest staff "

"Staff was amazing, room was great, location is wonderful for shopping and dining."

"The room we reserved was to include an in-room 2-person bathtub. The tub did not have a drain plug and the Hotel would not/could not provide one. So it could not be uses. It's one of the main reasons we chose this room aside from it's location. So the ammenaties were falsely advertised. Additionally, the room had a lot of ambient noise from the building mechanical equipment and there was no closing door between the toilet and the rest of the room. so there was privacy while using the toilet."

"Highly recommend this beautiful hotel, with exceptionally friendly staff. The property and rooms are kept very clean and in great condition. We used the fitness center and were pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. They have several computer (mirror) interfaces but those systems aren't easy to use if you're not familiar with it. The front desk informed me that someone could walk me through set up, but I chose not to use them. Ate breakfast there every day and the food was delicious. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back! "

"Except for the main reception staff everyone else seemed pretty apathetic. No one cared to check in on us when we went to pool. Drinks and food was served super late, only after checking in multiple times. Overall a snooty vibe"

"Some negatives first: 1) there was a huge roach in the bathroom; 2) the floor was dirty & felt kinda gross with bare feet; 3) the bed was Ok, but there wasn’t a fitted sheet- just a flat sheet without any blankets or comforter; 4) the hotel is NOT in Beverly Hills (it’s in West Hollywood); 5) *The most important * there was no security at all. The room opens to the outdoor. There is a walkway (without a door/gate) that anyone walking down the dark alley can access, the front door also doesn’t lock. We were on the first floor & someone had tried to pry their way into the room (before we got there). It’s on Beverly, kinda busy. The door to the room had a deadbolt, but the door was not very strong. And in the “lobby”, the desk wax behind thick glass. The area is ok, but I didn’t feel safe. The good things: 1) the courtyard is cool-well done, but again there’s no security, so we didn’t use it; 2) it’s close to the Grove."

"What a lovely little hotel! Very close to the center of action on Wilshire Boulevard at the intersection of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood! The facility is immaculate, and my room was cozy and warm. The staff could not be nicer and made sure that I had parking passes on my vehicle to allow for street parking, of which there was ample. I would definitely stay here again, with pleasure!"
