"Love the Biltmore. Old but historic. Nice staff, beautiful restaurant. Wish they had better coffee, outlet near coffee machine would be nice. Had to make coffee in the bathroom-only outlet available. Would have expected conditioner. Only shampoo was available. "

"We stayed for one night only, it was very old Hollywood! Room decode was very updated but old school. Room was comfortable, noise level from outside was a bit much but died down after 11pm. My only issue was the bedding. It was rather too soft and not thick enough. It was tough to get fully comfortable even for one night. "

"My stay at the Omni Hotel was unexpectedly cancelled due to flooding on one of the floors. While that could have been a major inconvenience, the staff immediately stepped in and fully arranged my accommodations at the Intercontinental. As much as it was disappointing to hear at first, my experience turned out to be wonderful. I truly appreciated how the Omni team took care of everything and made sure I was comfortable. Excellent customer service!"

"My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. There was a little table with a booth like wrap around seating. Never seen that but enjoyed it. The pool was awesome. Drinks and food at the pool, at the bar downstairs, at the restaurant inside, all delicious. I have never felt more taken care of and welcomed in a hotel like I did in the W. Can’t wait to go back.
