"We were booked for three nights. The hotel has three foot tall windows in every single room that are positioned at floor level. We were not informed of this so we didn’t realize until the following morning after checking in the evening prior and my 2 year old son had unlocked the 10th floor window and opened it. The second night we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and they completely forgot my mother’s food. The third night one of the people who cleaned our room stole an expensive skincare...
