"This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. "

"ホテルではなくレジデンスで、タオルの交換などはありませんが、最初の日にたくさん用意してくれました。もう1枚ほしいと言うと出してくれました。キッチンのある部屋はバルコニーで洗濯物を干せました。フロントからタクシーを呼んでもらい玄関までつけてもらって乗ると最寄りの大型モールまでは１５００ペソでした。何軒かのホテルが入った地域専用の道路を使っていて、たぶん北側の道からしか入れません。ちょっと買い物に行く位で出かけるなら、守衛さんのいるところまで歩いてから探すか、海外esim ではなく現地でsimを買って現地の電話番号を使いグラブでタクシーを呼ぶと良さそうです。トライシクルは守衛さんのところまでしか来れませんでした。深夜に帰国したので最後の日にまたタクシーを呼びました。深夜でも同じ値段でしたが、チップをあげました。"

"The place was so neat and so comfortable to stay. Our stay was so much satisfied because of the place that was so spacious. It also had a complete appliances and hygiene items. All in all its a five star for me. Will definitely choose the same transient hotel once we come back again to Cebu."

"10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location."
