"We had an excellent stay at this property. The place is charming and clean, though the sink faucets It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One minor issue we noticed was that a few of the faucets were a bit wobbly and showed some wear, but they were still functional and did not significantly affect our stay. "Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful "

"Room was accurate to the pictures, balcony is small but has an amazing view. It is a condominium so there is no housekeeping. It is on the 40th floor so it takes 2-5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Room had a really bad ant problem, i suggest not bringing back food.
