"The rooms are small and the whole room smells like the bathroom and urine-like even with the doors closed. The bathroom and the whole room felt a dire need for an upgrade or at least deep cleaning. It was hard to take a shower in the tiny bathroom without feeling dirty afterwords since the smell from the drain was very strong. The 2 star is for the breakfast and staff."

"Been around the world and many resorts and this was one of the best experiences. From the salt water pool, amazing spa, to the endless activities....theres something to do for everyone. "The staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. My room was nice and clean. However I did not like the lobby, it was not a 5 star hotel. Lobby is more like 3 star. I also did not like that many foreigners were able to bring back ladies they picked up back to the hotel room. This is not proper at all. You have families and couples at this hotel. The hotel should not allow prostitution activities like this."
