"The property location, design and everything was pretty perfect in my opinion. There was an issue with the soap dispenser (it wasn't working properly), there weren't any bathing cloths in the room, and when we got there we found a dirty towel on the counter above the toilet. Considering all of these minor issues I would still stay at Vertus Edit a second time. Customer service was great very warm and welcoming."

"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."

"Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"This time we stayed in room 27. The room has very uncomfortable mattress, the springs stick out and dig in to you. It doesn't feel safe. I have to sleep on top of the quilt. The shower drain was partially blocked. And the freezer was ice over. I sent the photo to the accommodation management following the instruction but no response. I think the room in overall is okay and it is in the best location for my work. For health and safety I would consider changing the mattress. Many thanks."

"Place was okay! We were a family of 5, this was supposed to be a 2 bedroom, with queen beds and sofa bed. We got 2 full beds, and a sofa, not a sofa bed. Only one bathroom and NO AC! Not that AC wasn’t working, there isn’t any window AC or central AC. Instead there are fans, one per room. For the amount of money, I think there are better places available. Parking is also a pain because you have to walk around the block and then underground, costing over $140 for 10 days we stayed. However I must...
