"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town.
The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise.
