"Im honestly not sure why this place has so many good reviews. It’s like a motel. Walls are dirty, sheets are stained, towels are stained, shower curtain is disgusting. Poor washroom lighting. Literally a motel. To top it off, $700 usd was stolen from my backpack while we were out for the day. The morning I left, I counted the money and when I got back, $700 was missing from the total. Staff looked at cctv and we went to police station back and forth 4 times, and they could do nothing. Although...

"We used for 6 hours prior to a late night flight. Easy walk to the airport from this hotel. Bedroom is quite modern. Bathroom probably lets the place down, but we used for a quick shower. Allowed us to store our bags, whilst we went out for a massage and dinner. Had a 2 hour nap, quick shower. Perfect, value for money short hotel layover. Pool looked good too, if you want a dip. Staff were friendly."

"The street to access the hotel is under construction. My driver wasn’t able to get there and I wasn’t aware until arrival. Most of the beach is under construction and loud. I fell down the stair from the bathroom and the room wasn’t cool upon arrival, even when booked through Expedia ahead of time"

"Excellent views you can walk along the beach to nearby bays and restaurants. Staff are friendly. The street is a bit rough and isolated, it is a 15min taxi ride to Jungutbatu and a 5minute drive to Mushroom Bay. Facility is a little run down but tidy enough - you get what you pay for. "
