"So we arrived at Puri Bali which is situated perfectly near to the water and in a calm street. The people working there are very kind and very helpful. The rooms are not so new and not so well looking. But they do what you want - give you a place to sleep. The pool is nice however the tiles are loose a lot of places which makes it a bit dangerous. The breakfast was good and fast. We had a great time there though."

"This was a very nice Villa with a STUNNING view of the ocean right outside your door. Their dinner is delicious with a free breakfast that came with our stay. The front desk helped with transportation and we had the same driver 3 times. While it’s beautiful they definitely have an aunt problem and you’ll be approached by stray dogs on the beach. "I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

"Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. "

"We stayed in a triple room, 2 kids with 1 adult. It was quite spacious. In the bathroom there is nothing to place your toiletries and no shower curtain installed, but was very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodated us exceptionally. Breakfast was basic but maintained us. We hired scooters through the hotel and they were reliable. Our stay was lovely"
