"Cet hôtel est incroyable. Nous y avons 3 nuits. Nous avons été surclassés dans la villa avec piscine et jaccuzi chauffés moyennement un petit supplément. C'était magique. La propriété est magnifique : un très grand jardin avec plein de plantations, un très beau restaurant avec possibilité de manger dans des coins intimes sublimes, deux piscines à débordements chauffées incroyables, et une vue terrible. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...
