"At first, we were reluctant to stay at an airport hotel. But family had booked ahead there as it turned out when ended up being quite pleased. Even though we plan to stay only for one night initially we ended up staying for three more until we left Madrid for a flight to Athens. "The personel at Hotel Vincci Soma is very friendly and efficient. If is is within their ability they ALWAYS do what is requested of them. As for the Hotel amenities, the sauna is what helps me get over my jet lag instantaneously after my session. HOTEL VINCCI SOMA is where I always stay in Madrid for those reasons."

"Good size clean room and location. Not next to metro as advertised but short walk. Nice cooling AC. Breakfast good but didn’t always get what ordered. Good pastries, fruit and juice (except peach). Not a yogurt fan."

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"In a quiet area of Madrid. Very conveniently located to 2 metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Nice room but AC turned off and our room got very warm from the sun coming in through the window.. AC could not keep up."
