"To stay in a hotel with many beautiful extras as in free water and a lovely bathroom I was so let down by the fact that we stayed 2 days in the hotel and there was no food or snacks available after the kitchen closed. We had to stay in the room until we could get a taxi in the morning to get something to eat .when we c some downstairs in the morning then kitchen was again closed with no access to the bar or the pool.... Terrible . It really ruined our stay"

"The location of this hotel is perfect! It is across the street from the Royal Palace and within walking distance to Gran Via, Plaza Major, Plaza del Sol, etc. Staff was nice. Only thing was, I stood for 4 nights and the AC did not work. I brought it up to their attention twice and no one stopped by to take a look at it. They gave me instructions over the phone and it still didn't work.
They also didn't have an Iron in the room.. I asked front desk for one and they said they didn't have enough...

"Imposible contactar con recepción o con una persona de ibis por tlf.
Horrible. El hotel y sus trabajadores excelentes ( sobre todo los trabajadores de recepción ) pero como empresa un 0 totalmente imposible comunicarse con vosotros por tlf.
Si necesitas solventar alguna duda o tienes algún problema como olvidar algo en alguna habitación… pierde toda la confianza en poder hablar con ninguna persona para que te ayude, asesore o aconseje.
Tres días llamando y nada. Desesperante.

"Always nice to stay at Ibis. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were cold. Surprised that there is no storage at all in the room. Hard to believe that as a new Ibis, they did not plan for that.
Also, the lack of a secure wi-fi is a MAJOR mistake."
