"requested a room away from elevators and got one directly abutted to the elevator shaft. moved to a new room and the door didn’t fit the frame, despite being locked, and was easily broken into. moved to the 3rd room and stayed simply because i had things to do. no rugs in any rooms, so constant sound of heels hitting on hardwood floors above the bathroom faucet was to far from the sink and spilled onto counter due to this - poor design. cleaning crew would station right outside my room...

"The noise isolation is bad. I can clearly hear the noise from elevator when I stay in the room. And of course the elevator is very busy, since 4:30am"

"Older hotel, could be more uniform in lighting (every light had a different type switch and different brightness light bulbs). It helps the weather is mild so we didn't have to have the AC on during the night."
