"Pool was not heated. My 7 year old has never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express where the pool wasnt heated. The pool did not open until 10:00am. If check out is at 11:00am why is the pool opening so late. Parking was not indicated that it was a separate fee, $20.00. It said something along the lines of, self parking available. "We had to stop over to SFO so the property was easy to get to using the airport shuttle. Check in and check out was easy. Not to mention that it is walking distance to In-N-Out Burger. Which is helpful for those flying in late."

"The property was very nice and we would stay again when in SF. The breakfast was perfect—lots of options and very nice eating area. We also had dinner there which was good. The room was nicely appointed with refrigerator and coffeemaker. The window, however, was very noisy with a very strong wind howling through the crack between the panes all night, and shooting cold air into the room. Luckily the heater was good. Curtain had a tear in it also."

"I stay at Marin Suites Hotel at least once a month. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms have lots of extra towels and there are bathrobes in the closets. My only complaint is all of the outlets. All of them are 2 prong. Some of the plugs are really loose, so your plugs fall right out of them. Otherwiae everything is great!"

"Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds and towels are done and replaced daily with fresh ones. WiFi is not the best due to being located near the marina but most of the days were spent out of hotel. Rooms came with microwave and a fridge to store drinks and reheat food. Toilet is in good condition and usable. Stay was pleasant. I enjoyed it. Quiet area during the night."

"Great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and having parking included was a big plus. The location was convenient and it was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and food options. My only complaint is the parking at night. There’s plenty of parking during the morning and afternoon, but if you leave and return after around 9 PM, be prepared to wait for a spot or park outside the property. Other than that, everything was great and I would stay here again."

"Although the property is a bit older, everything is well maintained and the staff makes you feel welcome! Ample free parking, great location next to Milbrae Station, right next to SFO."
