"On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice — the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property also offers EV charging, which is a great amenity in theory. However, the biggest issue was the staff and overall attitude, which really affected our experience. We were traveling with a child and were initially placed in a very noisy room. "We really liked the location, the bed, the staff who helped us. Overall it was a good stay. I appreciated the ice machine for our refilling our water bottles every day as we headed out to explore the city. Having our luggage held after checkout on our last day was also very helpful.
