"The parking sucks, I tried to go on a walk outside and there was a homeless man trying to get in, the elevator felt like it was going to collapse every time you’d get in, the place feels old and definitely needs renovations, the map was a little confusing and I had to go to the front desk because my key wasn’t working, it felt like a motel more than a hotel, they also didn’t tell me in advance before booking that they will charge you 200 dollars when you check in just in case there are any...

"The ocean view was there but could see the back of the next building with a streetlight. The sound traveled from the room above, maybe our upstairs neighbor was an elephant. Overall great place to stay, obviously no pool or restaurant but that was not in the description, do we did not expect it. There was always a place to park in the hotel lot which was nice."

"Overall experience was great and staff was very helpful with tour guidance, places to eat based on your desire and clean. Most of all it is super close to most all destinations by walking. Maximum walk was about 20 min. Walk to pier for food and tours, walk to China town, Ghirardelli, etc…. Of course depending on your walking capability. Will stay there again."

"Staff was very helpful and nice, Rooms were clean, rooms a little smaler than what I'm use but ok. Gym is ok enough to keep your fitness up, Place was secure, there's a lot of food place close by, Moscone Center is 11 mins walk away. I enjoyed my stay"
