"We arrived a couple hours early and our room was ready - which was fantastic after a very long travel day. The room was small but very comfortable - we booked the mignon room and it was indeed. In the bathroom There is no door on the shower, so it’s hard not to make a mess when showering, it the towels are big and absorbent so you can easily clean up :) the water pressure was wonderful. "This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!! "
