Beautiful art deco hotel in a great location, close to many dining options and sites. Staff were top notch, very professional and helpful. Both our private room and the hotel’s public spaces were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Staff lacked basic training (i.e. one staff member could not find my room) and basic requests (i.e. for a hair dryer or spoon went unanswered or took 5-6 calls). It’s a great property in a great location, but not worth the price given the service levels.

What a terrific gem! The staff is excellent and the hotel is truly a boutique experience. It is a short walk to Notre Dame across the bridge, but the area surrounding the hotel is full of shops, restaurants, and fabulous patisseries. Love it!
