Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were all helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. The WiFi worked very well and it was great to have the snack bar included too! We also really appreciated the filtered water available for all guests. The hotel itself is in a great location, right next to several stations and very walkable. It was also very quiet at night which was great for getting a good sleep. The only complaint would be the gym as the equipment was quite basic.

The staff are excellent, always polite and helpful. The room was comfortable but be warned, photos are very misleading - the bathroom is NOT separate to your room, and the shower bizarrely opens directly into the room! The hotel was always very clean. It is a short walk from both Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord, which was very convenient and ideal for trips into central Paris, Disneyland, and Versailles. Overall a very enjoyable stay, but a shame about the strange room layout.

We really enjoyed our stay at OKKO. The convenient location meant that we barely used the metro at all, walking everywhere instead. The staff were super friendly and polite, the hotel was very stylish. The only issue was that we noticed there was some mould in the shower (on the ceiling). Nevertheless, we will certainly return to OKKO next time we are in Paris!

Nice place. Booked for proximity to the train station and it definitely delivered, easy to get off our train and around the city via metro. Area didn’t feel unsafe, just the people you usually see around train stations. Probably could find better breakfast if you looked due to expensiveness of hotel’s breakfast but convenient with location and hours (7-11am). Snack selection was probably overhyped by other reviews but we appreciated the cold water machines available.

It's a nice calm relaxing hotel. The staff are great and the area is very convenient. I understand to tourists it can feel sketchy, but we have had no issues. The only negative being the toilet room in the hotel rooms is VERY small and while the AC works even in max cool don't expect to need a sweater in the room!

The hotel was great and fit my needs (close to the train station) and the staff was excellent. I am not sure why it is a 4 star hotel, it was not fancy at all. It was just nice. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy. As a single female traveler, I'm not sure I would want to be walking around alone.

Excellent Location for the Eurostar

We had a good breakfast and a plentiful supply of drinks. The room was a bit small and we were not offered twin beds. However it was comfortable. The air conditioning was insufficient (it was very hot in the city) and we would have liked a better selection of snacks.

OKKO Gare de L’est is a beautiful property nestled between Gare de Nord and Gare de L’Est train stations. Steps away from the Metro, the gym and club offerings were excellent. The snacks and drinks that were available throughout the day, made a late day return from exploring, refreshing. We regret not using the sauna, but plan to return in the future. The room was perfect, and beautifully laid out and maintained.

Very convenient from train arrival - special elevator to get to hotel from gare du nord so look for it Has comfortable rooms and easy access to gare de est out the entrance
