"Overall we appreciated the size of our executive room and the amenities such as a kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The housekeeping was reliable. "Would recommend this over and over-we’ve stayed twice! Marcos was very helpful and made checking in super easy. Rooms are large and have air conditioning. Very comfortable stay and located next to everything!"

The location is in a vibrant area with good restaurants (great pastries!) and is walking distance to many attractions, as well as a Metro station and bike lanes. "This is our first time at this hotel. It usually takes me few days to feel comfortable but this hotel was a real exception since we checked in I really felt like home from all aspects. Im surely returning to this hotel and surely bringing the rest of the family too ! "

"Mooi groot hotel, veel te zien en beleven, personeel was redelijk vriendelijk, kamer was prima, badkamer was wat gedateerd en niet heel erg schoon, ontbijt zaal was groot maar relatief weinig variatie in eten, dinner zaal was ook groot en wel veel variatie in het eten. Mooi groot binnen en buiten zwembad. Eten en drinken aan de bar was relatief duur. Met een fijne shuttel naar het Disney park. Alles bij alles een was het een goed hotel voor mensen met kinderen. "Table wasn't clean in dining room. Gap in front door. Couldn't get through to maintenance or reception easily at all. Leaking hot tub bath. Blocked sink. Hard mattress in double room. No air con. Didn't like paying extras for activities. Should be included in high prices we paid. Beautiful location and helpful bus drivers. Buses should be more regularly. My son loved the lake and wildlife. Pool was good. Couldn't access cafe without wearing a swim suit even though I wasn't swimming!!!"

Although we could have made it to keep some of our booking, we were advised, by Expedia and the hotel that we were considered a no show and that there could be no change in the dates or a refund - or that we could still show up for some of the booking. "This very central location! Easy to navigate the metro, literally next to a mall, lots of shops & restaurants. It’s about a 10 min walk from Notre Dame, we absolutely loved it. Also it has a fantastic breakfast selection & a bakery in front that has amazing pastries."
