"Clean, new style capsule hotel "
If you're looking for a hotel in Tokyo, and you're on a budget, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MyCube Asakusa Kuramae. The hotel is still shiny and new - it just opened last year - and offers good value for the money. The cube itself is pretty comfortable and I had no problems sleeping, but noise could be a problem if you're an extremely light sleeper, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're claustrophobic. The individual shower rooms are great, but the sink area is quite cramped. You can wear the 'room wear' provided around the hotel, but I found myself wishing that the shorts had pockets. Breakfast offers a wide range of bread, but the eggs are terrible - frankly speaking, I don't understand why Japanese hotels even bother serving eggs at all (they're always terrible unless prepared in a Japanese style)! The area itself features two subway stations within walking distance, several convenience stores and a McDonalds, but not much else. The Sumida River is a short stroll away and you can reach Asakusa - a popular area for tourists - by walking along the river towards Tokyo SkyTree. Nitpicking aside, if you want to experience staying in a 'capsule' hotel that's a bit more modern and clean then this should be one of your first choices.

"Close to JR/subway ststion. Very convenient. "
The staff are very helpful. English/Chinese notices everywhere. The isolation of the capsule is quite good but the air conditioner is not cool enough.

"Capsule is a capsule. "
Polite and helpful staff, plece was clean alright. Expedia or the hotel should mention that the shower is common and open. Also, the hotel must put a big board and inform every single customer when checking in "NO TALKING IN THE CAPSULE FLOOR". On the first early morning at about 5:45am, one guy was waiking his friend so loud as if he owned the floor. There was one other noisy guy the same morning. One idiot is enough to disturb 20 people. Good location, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 4 minutes walk to the subway.

"Ok if you want cheap and clean hotel"
It is ok if you want cheap and OK capsule hotel. Bad thing is you have to check out ever morning and you have to organize your stuff everyday since you won't have your own locker for everyday. The locker is not that big anyway so your luggage have to be left on shared area. But other than that the hotel mostly used by Japanese themselves. The room are clean and decent. For me for this price I ok with it.

"Convienient "
Less than 10 mins walk from subway station. Near by mini markets. The apartment is small (not too small by Tokyo std) bit clean and tidy. If you can put up with thin matress on the floor, you are okay. Equiped with fridge/freezer and small kitchenette. If you just need a place to sleep, shower and may be a quick meal, this place is fantastic for budget tourists. We stayed 10 days and happy with it.
