"A very beautiful and high class hotel"

"The staff were so nice. However the hotel said it came with air conditioners. The room was stuffy and had thermostat set to 75. I was not able to adjust the temperature and when asked the staff explained the temperature was regulated by the facility. The staff were so nice and brought us a portable fan. All it did was circulate the hot air though. "

"The lobby is gorgeous, the staff are incredible and great communicators. The room itself is on the smaller side, decor and furniture appears to be older but extremely well maintained and very clean. Opening up the balcony door helped make things feel a bit more spacious for 3 people in a room this size. Otherwise, easy access to Shinkansen from the hotel. Limo bus from Narita drops off right at the front of the hotel but I didn’t use the airport shuttle. Didn’t get to explore too much of the...

"Very basic breakfast. Very near JR and Haneda line. The main tower is much nicer than north tower( i was in north tower) Just 2.5/3 star hotel. Wont stay here again "
