"Poolside was fantastic! You all need to find Daniel and Damien. We’ve had other servers, but they weren’t as good as Daniel and Damien. They deserve a shout-out because they took care of my family of 20 people every time we saw them. They were incredibly fast at taking our orders poolside, and it was always a pleasure to see them because they handled everything efficiently. Thank you, Daniel and Damien. I appreciate everything you did for us. I hope you both see this or the resort tell you. 10/10 "

"Excellent hotel with amazing beach, very clean, everything smells good here, great cocktails and cafeteria , very helpful and nice staff service in all areas ( beach, bars, restaurants,front desk and housekeepers) the only downside here ( a little bit ) is the food, in general good quality but not made right "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my solo stay at Hotel Riu Las Americas. Great food, many entertainment alternatives, and very walkable. The staff was great and they seemed to be cleaning 24/7. I will definitely choose to stay here again. The only downside is that the rooms are dated and the AC system was a bit musty. However, those few faults had no effect on me enjoying my stay. I HIGHLY recommend!!!"

"Excellent location right on the beach. Room faced the Ocean view and pool down below. Brekky server Yacowchi was absolutely the best. Made up a going away dessert plate for us. Buses out front for day trips to Chedraui for some extras. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. 3 weeks off in in the sun."
