Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and there is very little seaweed. The natural environment is definitely the highlight of the property. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable.
However, the hotel was built quite a long time ago, and there are many areas that could benefit from maintenance and renovation. While nothing affected the usability, the overall atmosphere and details did not fully reflect the level one would expect from a five-star hotel.
The food options are quite extensive, with a good variety available. That said, the reservation system feels a bit outdated. After check-in, guests still need to go and make restaurant reservations in person, and there is no app available. Room service and many other hotel services also require calling by phone. If the hotel could upgrade its digital services, such as offering an app or an online booking system, it would make the experience much more convenient.
The toiletries provided in the room are good quality. However, the daily replenishment was sometimes incomplete, with certain items occasionally missing.
