"Overall great resort, five star to everything but the food. I’d give the food two or three star. Maybe I’m a food snob and it’s kind of expected it’s never that great at resorts? What stood out about the food not being great is the dinners, all meats were always overcooked and veggies undercooked. Everything tasted like it was managed to be as economically efficient for the resort as possible. I guess I expected more from Live Aqua in that aspect."

"We had an incredible trip. Everything is so gorgeous and well kept. I highly recommend the swim-up suite. Every meal we ate was top notch. The staff was so kind and attentive. The white sensation night, foam party, and pool activities were highlights for us. Sandy is such a special gal and brought so much energy to each day."

"The property has an aging infrastructure. We had to move rooms for a variety of issues. Door lock would not work, maintenance was unable to fix it, AC didn’t work, TV was intermittent, and sink was about to fall off of the pedestal. New room was fine. On arrival it took them 2 hours to get into our room even though we checked in after the allotted time frame. Food was bad, entertainment was sub par, and pools were dirty (water looked like milk). We will never go back."

"The “all inclusive” deal is not worth it. The specialties restaurants were not working, except for the italian one, which had a huge line every night. We decided not to use it and go outside for dinner. The pool was not properly cleaned. It had some broken tiles as well. We reserved two rooms. One of them had a water leak when we arrived. The staff was kind and they are trying to do their best but I would not return to this hotel ever."

"checking in was very easy even we came very late after midnight, staff very nice, hotel like an museum very cozy, feel warm quiet and area quiet, very clean, bathrooms big and clean, staff cleans room everyday and change bed sheets everyday, and nice size swimming pool not deep very good for kids, location close to lot of activities, mall, restaurants, no laundry in hotel but there is close one in the area. the only down size thing only 4 option in breakfast but it was delicious and enough...

"El hotel está en remodelacion y habia mucho ruido.Todos los dias batallaba con eso. Hice mi reservacion con mucho tiempo y nunca me mandaron un correo donde me informaran que el hotel había sido venido y lo estaba remodelando, por lo menos deberían hacerlo en etapas donde mantengan a los clientes alejados del ruido. Uno va para descansar y con ese ruido se estresante mas De los restaurant solo estaban abiertos dos y pasar 7 dias comiendo lo mismo es frustrarte.. e Creo que esta caro para la...
