"I dont have enough word to form a review to describe my experience. from check in to check out , i had queen treatment. Staff as a whole work together to make everyone feel so special and welcome. From Edgar at check in, to Both Daniel's from Speak easy to Resort reservations, to chef Adelita and the main chef Del, the gm, the wait staff, entertainment staff, to diana at the gym. I am thankful from my heart for the time I had. my 40th Birthday was well spent, thank you again, ill see you soon"

"checking in was very easy even we came very late after midnight, staff very nice, hotel like an museum very cozy, feel warm quiet and area quiet, very clean, bathrooms big and clean, staff cleans room everyday and change bed sheets everyday, and nice size swimming pool not deep very good for kids, location close to lot of activities, mall, restaurants, no laundry in hotel but there is close one in the area. the only down size thing only 4 option in breakfast but it was delicious and enough...

"The resort is incredible and would recommend. The only issue was that there were people selling timeshares in the lobby. Also, the seaweed on the beach made it impossible to enjoy activities outside of the resort."

"The room was great however the service was slow and the alcohol was generic only a couple name brands. We had to pay an upgrade to get some limited premium alcohol but this upgrade was available only in certain bar areas. Jonathan in the 21st floor bar was amazing! Overall the stay was ok"

"Very good food. Love the beachside restaurant. Great beach lots of space and room. Nice staff. Clean with lots of upgrades to the property. Good location. Stayed here about 4 times and it keeps getting better. Nice pool area too."

"Everything was amazing, we loved entire aesthetic. However, we ran into some staff that was very helpful and some that were not. Most of our issues were with the restaurants. They would turn us around saying we needed reservations when that wasn’t true. All of the bar staff was very nice and fun. Our favorite was Juan. Kao was our favorite restaurant experience there. My friend went to Cal and loved it as well."

"Overall, we had a decent stay, but for the price point, I expected a bit more transparency and a more elevated experience. The pros: the resort itself was very clean, the property was beautiful overall, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, there were a few disappointments. While the resort advertises itself as adults only, it really is not. There is only one lounge and one pool area that do not allow children, so if you are looking for a true...

"Great for a party atmosphere. Liquor/beer selection is bad. Food could be better. They try to upsell you on premium liquor, food, and a club on the top floor. That got annoying really fast."
